Maria Concepción Bautista, 79, devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed away surrounded by her children on October 16, 2024 in Chicago, Illinois. She is survived by her spouse, Daniel Bautista, 10 children (Lorena, Daniel, Patricia, Enriqueta, Marisa, Miguel Angel, Lizett, Fabiola, Guadalupe and Yesenia), 18 grandchildren and two great grandchildren. They say that a mother’s love is the heart of a family. This holds true for Maria, she was the heart, the rock, and the glue of her family. Her genuine heart and nurturing way was felt by all who met her. She will be missed dearly.

Visitation Services will be held on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 3-8 p.m. at M. Martinez Funeral Home, 5800 W. 63rd St. Chicago, IL.
